(1.) You are a keen doubles tennis player wanting to take the next step in your development. Perhaps you feel “stuck” at a certain level for a while, or just want to see improvement in your on court performance.
(2.) You are at an intermediate 3.0-4.5 level of play
For the fitness part of our program, you will need a tennis racquet, 4 tennis balls, a couple of markers (tennis ball cans are fine), a skip rope, and a couple of light weights
You do NOT need access to a tennis court to fully benefit from the course content.
We take a holistic approach to improving your tennis game. That means we look at:
(1.) Your mindset and Goal Setting
(2.) Your fitness including weekly 15-45 minute workouts that can be adapted to challenge the best of the athletes out there
(3.) Your understanding of tactics and decision making / shot selection
(4.) Your nutrition (including hydration habits)
(5.) Easy to follow injury prevention program for the most common tennis injuries

Technique is one aspect that we cannot teach online. It has to be felt and experienced on court with a tennis ball and coach to be safely improved.
In order to complete your weekly assignments and workouts, we recommend setting a side as little as 30 minutes each day!
The program is designed to be self paced, and should you need more time to complete any of the modules, you are free to do so.
