Do you talk about technique in the course?
Technique is one aspect that we cannot teach online. It has to be felt and experienced on court with a tennis ball and coach to be safely improved.
How much time do I need to allocate to the workload?
In order to complete your weekly assignments and workouts, we recommend setting a side as little as 30 minutes each day!
Do I need to finish the program in 8 weeks?
The program is designed to be self paced, and should you need more time to complete any of the modules, you are free to do so.
