  • Who is this course for?

    (1.) Anyone wanting to drastically improve his tennis game through on and off-court training. Our courses are for beginners and players who want to take the next step in their development. Or if you feel “stuck” at a certain level for a while, or just want to see improvement in your on-court performance.

  • What equipment do I need?

    For the fitness part of our program, you will need a tennis racquet, 4 tennis balls, a couple of markers (tennis ball cans are fine), a skipping rope, and a couple of lightweights

  • Do I need to be actively playing to benefit from the course content?

    You do NOT need access to a tennis court to fully benefit from the course content.

  • What is included in the course?

    We take a holistic approach to improving your tennis game. That means we look at:

    (1.) Your mindset and Goal Setting

    (2.) Your fitness including weekly 15-45 minute workouts that can be adapted to challenge the best of the athletes out there

    (3.) Your understanding of tactics and decision making / shot selection

    (4.) Your nutrition (including hydration habits)

    (5.) Easy to follow injury prevention program for the most common tennis injuries

  • Do you talk about technique in the course?

    Technique is one aspect that we cannot teach online. It has to be felt and experienced on court with a tennis ball and coach to be safely improved.

  • How much time do I need to allocate to the workload?

    In order to complete your weekly assignments and workouts, we recommend setting a side as little as 30 minutes each day!

  • Do I need to finish the program in 8 weeks?

    The program is designed to be self paced, and should you need more time to complete any of the modules, you are free to do so.
